Temporary Employment

A primary focus of ILG is helping companies petition the USCIS to allow the hiring of temporary US workers.  There is a wide array of temporary (nonimmigrant) visas available to those who seek to work in the US.  These visas allow for temporary travel to the US for a finite purpose -- although the period of admission may last for many years, depending upon the type of visa.  Common temporary visas that allow employment in the US include, but are not limited to, the H-1B (professionals), the TN (professionals from Canada and Mexico), the L-1 (intra-company transferees), the E-2 (for investors) and the O-1 (aliens of extraordinary ability.  ILG has a long and successful track record with all employment-based visa types.
