Investigations & Internal Audits

Ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration law is charged to a number of different agencies: Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor, Department of State, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, etc.  Each agency has its own procedures and practices for conducting audits and investigations of businesses and individuals.  ILG represents these parties during agency investigations and internal audits concerning I-9 and other obligations of employers, Labor Condition Applications, anti-discrimination practices and related employer-sanction issues.
